This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased from Leafy Libations. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Shipping Information
Shipping Restrictions
Due to the nature of our products and regulatory requirements:
- We currently ship only within the state of Florida
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes
- All deliveries require an adult signature (21+ years of age) with valid ID
- We cannot ship to college dormitories or campus addresses
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options:

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or contacting our customer service team.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping information
- Failed delivery attempts
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
- The product must not be damaged or tampered with
- The product must be in resalable condition
- You must have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products (due to health and safety regulations)
- Products with broken seals
- Clearance or sale items marked as "final sale"
- Gift cards
- Wholesale orders (please refer to our wholesale terms)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@leafylibations.com or call (555) 123-4567
- Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package the item(s) securely with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions
Important: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment
- Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Other payment methods may have different processing times
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item or variant:
- Follow the return process outlined above
- Specify that you want an exchange rather than a refund
- Indicate the item you would like to receive instead
If the exchange item has a different price:
- If more expensive, we will contact you regarding the additional payment
- If less expensive, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our expense
Cancellations
To cancel an order:
- Contact us as soon as possible at orders@leafylibations.com
- Orders that have not yet been processed can typically be canceled without issue
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders have different shipping and return policies. Please refer to our Wholesale Terms & Conditions or contact your account representative for details.
